Can ROSECITRON products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Only our products containing essential oils and castor oil are not recommended during pregnancy. Always read the list of ingredients carefully before purchasing any product. You can also consult your doctor or herbalist to find out which ingredients are safe to use. Tip: If the product’s INCI name contain the word “oil”, it means it contains either an oil or essential oil.

Ex: Lavandula angustifolia (lavande/lavender) oil.

You can use the vast majority of our products, particularly those that are unscented or contain only natural scents.

Where and how should I store ROSECITRON products so that they last longer?

ROSECITRON products should be kept in a cool dry location between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius. Note that storage temperatures may alter the product’s texture and shelf life.

What is the shelf life of ROSECITRON products?

ROSECITRON products contain natural preservatives, which means their shelf life is between 1 and 2 years. The expiration date can be found on the label. When buying ROSECITRON bulk products, we recommend that your write the batch number and expiration date on your jar.

Do ROSECITRON products contain preservatives?

We use potassium sorbate as a preservative, which is also used as a preservative in food.

Can I use ROSECITRON serum even if I have oily skin?

Definitely! Our serum is specifically designed for combination and oily skin. It contains “dry” oils such as jojoba, hemp and Nigella seed oil, which have been carefully selected due to their suitability for these skin types.

Are ROSECITRON products non-comedogenic?

We use non-comedogenic ingredients such as hemp, sunflower and jojoba as the base oil for all of our facial products. Our carrot macerate is made from sunflower oil and carrot roots (non-comedogenic) rather than from carrot seed (comedogenic).

Which ROSECITRON products can I use on my sensitive skin?

Our facial products are either fragrance-free or contain only trace amounts of essential oils that are not used for their scent, but rather for their properties. Most people with sensitive skin tolerate our facial products well. However, certain perfumes and essential oils are not recommended for sensitive skin.

Our deodorant contains sodium bicarbonate which is highly effective at controlling armpit odour, but whose high pH may be irritating to some people. You can reduce the risk of irritation by:

  • Waiting for your pores to close after a shower before applying the deodorant Allowing the deodorant to dry or removing any excess before getting dressed.
  • Allowing the deodorant to dry or removing any excess before getting dressed.
  • Applying deodorant only every other day, if you can get away with it. This will give your armpits a chance to rebalance their pH.

I’m getting a rash from your deodorant. Is this normal?

We never test our products on animals.

Do you add perfume to your products?

No. Our scented ROSECITRON products either contain essential oils or natural scents. If you prefer unscented products, just look for ROSECITRON products displaying this logo.

Can I use your products if I’m vegan?

Certainement! ROSECITRON products are vegan, too 🙂 None of our ingredients come from animal sources, so our products will fit easily in your vegan lifestyle.

Can men use ROSECITRON products?

You bet! Can men use ROSECITRON products? All of our products can be used by men. Our website has a section for Men’s skin care products with scents men commonly prefer.

Can children use ROSECITRON products?

Are ROSECITRON products gluten-free?

We only use gluten free ingredients. However, our products are not certified gluten-free.

Are ROSECITRON products hypoallergenic?

No. Because our products are naturally derived from plants, some people may be allergic to the plant. Always do an allergy test on your arm before using any natural cosmetic.

I live outside of Canada. Can I order your products?

Sorry, we currently only ship to Canada.

How long will it take to get my ROSECITRON products?

Your order should arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Due to COVID-19, it might take a little longer.

I ordered my ROSECITRON products! What’s next?

When we receive your order, we’ll lovingly prepare it by hand. We ship (without overpackaging it!) by Canada Post or Purolator.

My package is late and still hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

It could be delayed due to COVID-19. If the delay is due to shipping, you can track your package on the Canada Post website by entering the tracking number that was emailed to you.

How can I make sure my ROSECITRON products aren’t exposed to extremely temperatures during shipping?

Excessive heat and cold can alter the qualities of natural products. To avoid this from happening, we recommend you have your products shipped to a location where they won’t be left exposed to extreme temperatures. If you don’t think you’ll be home when your order is scheduled to arrive, consider having it shipped to your workplace or to your local post office for pickup.

What is the padding in my order made of?

The padding is made from recycled shredded or Kraft paper.
