Shipping

We ship everywhere in Canada. Our shipping costs are:

Canada Post:

  • Orders up to $34.99 = $15
  • Orders from $35 to $99.99 = $8
  • Orders over $100 = Free

Purolator :

  • Orders up to $34.99 = $ 20
  • Orders between $35 and $99.99 = $13
  • Orders over $100 = Free

We currently only ship to customers in Canada.

Shipping conditions

Excessive heat and cold can alter the qualities of natural products. To avoid this from happening, we recommend you have your products shipped to a location where they won’t be left exposed to extreme temperatures. If you don’t think you’ll be home when your order is scheduled to arrive, consider having it shipped to your workplace or to your local post office for pickup.

ROSECITRON is not responsible for products whose quality has been altered from exposure to excessive temperatures. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact Canada Post. Be sure to have your order information on hand.

Shipping times

Our team will mail your package within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order. Your package should arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Due to COVID-19, it might take a little longer.

Packaging

One of our commitments is to minimize packaging. We reuse boxes and packing materials to ship our products. Don’t be surprised if the box looks like it has been used before or has multiple labels on it.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

Tried out a new ROSECITRON product but weren’t entirely satisfied? We will exchange or refund the product according to our return policy below. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your online order or making your in-store purchase to send us an exchange or refund request.

To request a refund or exchange, write to us at info@rosecitron.ca. Be sure to tell us where the product was purchased, under what name and include a proof of purchase.

Return Policy

We accept returns of ROSECITRON product ordered online:

  • If you are not satisfied with the product: Email us at info@rosecitron.ca within 7 days of receiving your online order to request an exchange or refund.
  • If the shipped product is damaged or defective: Email us atinfo@rosecitron.cawithin 2 working days of receiving the package. You must keep the original packaging. If we accept the product return, we will pay for the return shipping costs.
  • If there’s a mistake with your order: Email us at info@rosecitron.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the order and reimburse you for the return shipping costs, if applicable.

If you no longer want the product or made a mistake in your order: Email us at info@rosecitron.ca within 2 working days of receiving the package. You must keep the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
